Hello! I’m Nandita Rajan, a Designer based in the Bay Area. I build clean, appealing, and functional designs which comply with the latest web standards. But that’s just a part of it. Design is my life. It’s something I do before going to bed, and something I can’t wait to do in the mornings. I enjoy working on design strategy, UI/UX design, branding, multimedia and print media. 

My background in user interface design is accented by a multi-disciplinary skillset that includes visual design, UX methods, content strategy and project management. The results are beautiful, well-planned websites that are intuitive, engaging, and persuasive.

My love for design brought me to the design capital. I was born and raised in India, where I received my Bachelors in Visual Arts from Stella Maris College and then I came to San Fransisco to pursue my Masters in Graphic Design from Academy of Art University.

I’ve been working as a Senior Multimedia Designer at Stripe for over a year now. My time at Stripe taught me a lot about design and helped me understand and learn to always put the user first.

Before Stripe I worked as UX designer for the Sales Enablement team at New Relic for over 3 years. This has helped me grow exponentially in my craft as I make content and product-heavy material into fun, interactive visual designs. 

I’ve extended my expertise to learn instructional design and recieved my Master Instructional Designer certification from ATD.

People who know me describe me as effervescent, thoughtful, cheerful, passionate, supportive, fun, and energetic which translates into my work as well. In my spare time I volunteer for my company’s volunteer ERG as a champion in SF.
